Derek’s methodology encompasses training from the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond (Undoing Racism Community Organizing), The Chrysalis Effect (Trauma-informed Wellbeing Coaching), Animas (Neurodiversity in Coaching), and Healing Justice London (Introduction to Resilience). Derek is a qualified youth worker with an ICF-Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching and an EMCC European Quality Award – Senior Practitioner. He has extensive experience coaching high-net-worth individuals, racially minoritised professionals, social entrepreneurs and activists, senior philanthropy and investment leaders/trustees, Black male social purpose leaders, and DEI professionals.
